Medical Matters
First Aid
We have a number of trained first-aiders in school, including staff who hold paediatric first aid qualifications. First aid cover is available throughout the school day to ensure children are well cared for. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact the school office.

Our school nurse visits regularly and offers early morning drop-in sessions for parents and carers. She is available to discuss any health or wellbeing concerns you may have and can be contacted on 01425 891157.
Hearing Test Request Form
Hearing tests are no longer carried out for all children in primary school and must be requested by parents. Please use the form below to request a hearing test appointment and inform either Mrs Fuller or your child’s class teacher that the request has been made.
National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP)
More information will be sent to parents before the programme is carried out. However, you can find further information by watching the video below.
Important documentation
Please find below the forms that must be completed if your child has an allergy, long-term health condition and requires medication to be administered at school, either on a daily basis or in an emergency. Also provided below is a document outlining the medications that can be stored and administered in school. All these forms can also be found in our school office.
