Year 6 Boys' Football Tournament (Christchurch Schools) - 25/11/22

Mr Lee, Mr Withey and Mr Fullerton took a team of boys to take part in the Christchurch schools' competitive tournament. After the first event at Littledown was not able to be completed due to torrential rain, the semi-final and final took place at Christchurch Junior School.

A squad of ten boys took to the field and produced magnificent performances, winning the semi-final 2-0 and the final 1-0.

The boys now progress to the Dorset County Final on Friday 2nd December!

Year 6 Girls' Tournament (Christchurch Schools) - 13/10/22

Mr Fullerton and Mr Lee each took a team of eight girls to take part in a competitive tournament at Two Rivers Meet Leisure Centre.

Both teams demonstrated each of our core values expertly, showing courage during the matches, as well as compassion for each other and respect for their opposition.

One of our teams managed to win all of their games, which meant that they won the tournament and will now represent the whole of Christchurch in the Dorset County Final in January!

Year 6 Girls' Football Tournament (Christchurch Development) - 28/09/22

Mr Fullerton took a team of ten fantastic female footballers to Twynham Primary School to take part in a development tournament. The team played four matches, winning three and drawing one. They were therefore unbeaten, scoring six and not conceding a single goal!

They played some wonderful football and supported each other brilliantly, allowing them to play to the best of their ability. It was incredible to see them playing with huge smiles on their faces and relishing the opportunity to represent the school.
