School Council

This page will keep you up to date with all the work being done by our School Council Reps!

Each half term School Council will be thinking about a topical issue and considering how pupils at St Mark can contribute to various situations that we are responsible for - both in school and at home.

School Council representatives will be asking you to think, in your classes, about different ideas and these will then be showcased in our school newspaper.

We have been thinking about bullying recently -  as part of Anti-Bullying Week. There have been some lovely suggestions and thoughts sent in from across the school. Check out Issue 1 of our Newspaper to see more.

Watch this space for more news and updates.

Thank you,

School Council

Autumn Term

Anti Bullying

This term School Council have been working very hard rewriting the Playground Charter. They thought carefully about the Rights of the Child and how we can help all children within our school to get their rights during playtime. Furthermore, they have  redesigned the anti-bullying leaflet and shared this during a whole-school assembly.
